What you seek is seeking you

The very center

of your heart is where life begins, the most beautiful place on earth.

When you think of freedom, what do you picture? Wind in your face and openness ahead? No shackles or restraints? The ability to say 'No'? Not being afraid to go to sleep at night?

What is stopping you from experiencing your freedom?

It is our mission at GPS Life Coaching to support individuals in finding their freedom by creating a safe space to build confidence, live a life of choice, and become the most powerful self they can be.

PTSD Life Coaching is a non-profit company whose mission is to provide counseling, coaching,  support, and progressive education for sexual assault survivors. Additionally, we aim to educate and create awareness in the community to prevent further assaults.   Through donations and grants we are able offer all of our services free of charge.

Working with a coach is an investment in yourself and your future. It's standing up for you, your dreams, goals, and aspirations. It's an opportunity to look at the whole picture of you, not just a diagnosis or statistic. It is our job to help create a safe place so that you can explore your heart and your mind to achieve those things.

When was the last time you had someone's unbiased support? When was the last time you had someone focused on you and your goals? When working with a coach it is our goal to create a partnership that bridges the gap between a friend and a therapist allowing for an unbiased support system free of judgement and full of possibilities.

There are endless, important, and enjoyable details that make up your life. The aim as a Life Coach is to bring you back to yourself. The little details add up to the big things that allow us to be human and create a life that's not only worth living, but also enjoying.

Together, we dig deep into who you really are, uncovering your talents and dreams. We work through any blocks that may be in your way and create the you that you've always wanted to be.

What would it take for you to step into your life and find your freedom?
